Terms and Conditions for OLLO Driver Application

1. Introduction

Welcome to the OLLO Driver Application. By accessing or using the OLLO Driver App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration and Login

To use the OLLO Driver App, you must first register an account. During the registration process, you will need to provide accurate personal information, including your name, mobile number, vehicle information, and relevant documents.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify OLLO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You agree that OLLO may use One-Time Passwords (OTP) to verify your mobile number and secure your login.

3. Document Verification

Before going On Duty, drivers must upload specific documents for verification, including National Identity, PSV Driving License, PSV Insurance, Vehicle Inspection Report, and more. These documents will be reviewed by OLLO Admin, and you may be required to upload additional or corrected documents if any are rejected.

• The On Duty button will only be enabled once the documents are approved.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload are accurate and valid.
• OLLO reserves the right to reject any documents that do not meet the required standards.

4. Ride Requests and Ride Flow

As a driver, you will receive ride requests from passengers. You have the option to accept or reject the ride based on your availability.

• Once a ride is accepted, you are expected to provide the requested service by reaching the pickup location, completing the ride, and ensuring the passenger's safety and satisfaction.
• You must confirm the payment after the ride is completed, either via cash or MPesa, as agreed upon with the passenger.
• Any disputes regarding the ride must be reported immediately to OLLO's support team.

5. Referral Program

You can earn commissions by referring new users to the App. Your referral code is unique and can be shared only with potential passengers, not other drivers.

• You will earn a commission based on the rides taken by referred users.
• Referral earnings will be displayed monthly, and withdrawals can be made at the end of each month.
• OLLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your referral privileges if the program’s terms are abused.

6. Notifications

You agree to receive notifications regarding ride requests, payments, document verifications, and other relevant updates from the App. These notifications will be sent to the mobile number and email address you provide during registration.

7. Privacy Policy

OLLO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by OLLO’s Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payment and Earnings

Drivers will be paid based on the fare calculated for each ride, as well as any referral earnings. Payments will be made through approved methods such as MPesa or Cash.

• OLLO reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees from your earnings.
• Earnings for rides completed and referrals made will be displayed in your account.

9. Termination of Account

OLLO may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with the document verification process.

• You can terminate your account at any time by logging out from the App or contacting OLLO support.

10. Limitation of Liability

OLLO will not be liable for any damages or losses that arise from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which OLLO operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for any claims regarding intellectual property rights or enforcement of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

OLLO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
